Project Phase Contract Management
Monarch Consulting can provide support to a range of Oil & Gas and Renewables organisations, from bespoke subcontractors to international operators, at all stages of the project life cycle.
Commercial & Contractual Duties;

Present to project team the key contractual risks, time bars, variations mechanism

Identify potential changes and variation instructions, assess contractual entitlement and submit to the client the cost and time impact

Assessment of any claims submitted by lower tier contractors

Prepare contractual correspondence

Mediate in disputes between the client and lower tier contractors
-
Develop cash flow forecast for project life cycle
-
Prepare and present cost value reconciliation reports based on appropriate Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS)

Monitor payments and estimated cost to completion

Prepare and submit applications for payment and subsequent invoices
-
Agree the final account
-
Monitor the value and subsequent release of retentions
-
Ensure required insurance and guarantees are in line with agreed wording and values
Subcontractors and Suppliers;

Develop a subcontract and procurement plan to identify required tender packages and associated lead times to meet required execution start dates

Ensure contractual terms and conditions are flowed down to lower tier contractors (indemnity regime IMHH)

Develop frame agreements to optimise volume discounts, eliminate time consuming and costly tender phase activities

Contract administration of subcontractors, consultants and suppliers
Commercial awareness for Project personnel

Present to project team the key aspects of the project;
