Monarch Consulting was established by Mark Connelly, with over twenty five years’ experience in commercial and contractual roles in the Renewables, Oil & Gas and Construction Industries.  Successful directing and delivery has resulted in commercial success on a variety of projects, both in the UK and overseas for Operators and Contractors. 

 

Monarch Consulting is capable of undertaking the pre and post-contract phases of aspiring organisations at a Director level, as well as performing as a Tender Manager, Commercial Manager and Project Controls Manager at a Project level.

As a degree qualified Quantity Surveyor, Mark has attained professional Member chartered status with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).  His other qualifications include studies in Construction Law & Arbitration, Construction Project Management and Lean Six Sigma.
